NEXTAID LTD holds the intellectual property. Development and first-hand validation are carried out in Japan by CODEAID, with providers who cannot afford a pilot that goes wrong. What survives that, we license and supply internationally.

Rates, territory and exclusivity are agreed case by case and are not published here. That is deliberate: we have not run enough of these to publish a number we would still stand behind in a year, and a figure we later withdraw costs more than saying this.
3 of our components are released as open source (Repo2Video, OpenBeat Collector, OpenBeat Media). Those carry their own licence, and it governs — not this page. Check the repository before you build on them.
